2025-2026 IKPAVC new membership recruitment is scheduled to open May 2025.
Registration
How to register:

Complete the Application, print a copy and bring it to the event.

Parent/Guardian Consent (if applicable): If the volunteer is under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must sign the Agreement.

NEW members only: SIGN UP and upload your application here for review.

RENEWAL members only: SIGN UP and upload your application here (Re-Registration) for rewiew.

Donation Payment: Please provide a donation by making a check payable to IKPAVC.

Shadetree Waiver Form: Please print the Waiver Form and fill it out. If the volunteer is under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must sign the form for each student. Parents/guardians should also submit the form if they plan to participate in the Shadetree volunteer event. All waivers must be submitted at the beginning of each membership year. These waivers are valid for the entire period from June 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025.

How to join IKPAVC
2026-2027 IKPAVC membership recruitment is scheduled to open April 2026.
The 2025–26 volunteer service period ends on April 30, and the registration for 2026–27 must be completed in April in order to apply for and participate in volunteer activities starting in May.

Complete the Application. Please fill out and submit the application form using the link above.

Waiver Form: After completing the application, download and fill out the waiver form. Please bring the completed waiver with you when you come to register in person.

Donation Payment:
Re-registration in April: $90
Registration in May (new or returning): $100
Please make your check payable to IKPAVC. -

T-shirt Pickup: You may receive your IKPAVC T-shirt in person after completing all required steps.
