How to join IKPAVC

2025-2026 IKPAVC new membership recruitment is scheduled to open May 2025.

Registration

How to register:

  1. Complete the Application, print a copy and bring it to the event.

  2. Parent/Guardian Consent (if applicable): If the volunteer is under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must sign the Agreement.

  3. NEW members only: SIGN UP and upload your application here for review.

  4. RENEWAL members only: SIGN UP and upload your application here (Re-Registration) for rewiew.

  5. Donation Payment: Please provide a donation by making a check payable to IKPAVC.

  6. Shadetree Waiver Form: Please print the Waiver Form and fill it out. If the volunteer is under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must sign the form for each student. Parents/guardians should also submit the form if they plan to participate in the Shadetree volunteer event. All waivers must be submitted at the beginning of each membership year. These waivers are valid for the entire period from June 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025.

2025-2026 IKPAVC New Membership Registration

Requirements:

  • There must be at least one high school student within IUSD to apply for membership at the time of registration.

  • In the case of a family with a member who meets the membership conditions, only siblings in 4th grade or higher can apply for membership.

 

Requirements:

  • After completing the application, print out the waiver, fill it out, and submit it in person.

  • Make a donation ($100+). Please make checks payable to IKPAVC and include the student's name, school, and class year (2025-2026) in the memo line.

  • Submission date and location:

    • Sunday, July 13, 3-4pm (15500 Sand Canyon Ave, Irvine, CA 92618, IRWD Meeting Room)

    • Saturday, July 26, 3-4pm (4840 Irvine Blvd #111, Irvine, CA 92620, The Mugs Cafe Outside Table)

    • Please come when you are available, we will not be able to accept applications on other days or other locations in July. On-site applications will close on July 26, and we'll announce the August sign-up schedule at a later date.

  • IKPAVC T-shirt: After completing all the above procedures, you can receive your IKPAVC T-shirt.

회원 등록 조건

 

  • 회원 가입시 최소 한 명의 학생이 IUSD 내의 고등학생이면 가입이 가능합니다.

  • 회원 조건에 부합되는 회원이 있는 가정의 경우, 4학년 이상의 형제 자매만 회원가입이 가능합니다.

지원 절차 안내

  • 이 신청서를 작성하고 웨이버를 인쇄하여 작성해서 직접 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 

  • 기부금을 납부해 주세요($100+). 기부용 수표를 IKPAVC명의로 발급하고 메모란에 학생 이름과 학교, 학년(2025-2026)을 적어주세요.

  • 제출 날짜 및 장소:

    • 7월 13일 일요일, 오후 3시–4시 (15500 Sand Canyon Ave, Irvine, CA 92618, IRWD 회의실)

    • 7월 26일 토요일, 오후 3시–4시 (4840 Irvine Blvd #111, Irvine, CA 92620, The Mugs Cafe 야외 테이블)

    • 가능하신 시간에 방문해 주세요. 7월에는 다른 날짜나 장소에서는 신청을 받지 않습니다. 현장 신청은 7월 26일에 마감되며, 8월 신청 일정은 추후 공지할 예정입니다.

  • IKPAVC 티셔츠 수령 : 위 모든 절차를 완료하신 후 IKPAVC 티셔츠를 수령하실 수 있습니다.
