IKPAVC Volunteering Etiquette

 

• Volunteers must follow the leader's guidance and plans.

​​

• Volunteers should demonstrate consideration towards each other during volunteer activities and maintain a polite, kind, and active attitude.​

​

• Dress according to the assigned dress code, including wearing IKPAVC T-shirts. Volunteers should also wear comfortable footwear such as sneakers or shoes for safety.

​​

• Volunteers are prohibited from using non-wired devices, such as phones, during the service. Please do not leave without permission, fail to show up, or causing conflicts during the service.​

​

• If the volunteer needs assistant during volunteer activities, ask the liaison or the leader in the field for help.

​​

• For updates on requirements and rules of each event, please refer to the email sent prior to the service.​

​

• Violations of the volunteer code may result in warnings or penalties. If penalties are imposed, service applications will be restricted for the next three events, and may impact eligibility for leadership roles and awards.

​

​  ※ Members who undermine the spirit of AVC services, impersonate IKPAVC representatives, and interrupt
       IKPAVC operations will be restricted from joining and participating in future IKPAVC activities.

• 봉사시 봉사의 리더의 안내와 계획에 따라 봉사합니다.

​

• 봉사시 서로를 배려하며 예의바르고 친절하게, 적극적이면서 능동적인 태도로 봉사합니다.

​

• 복장은 단정하게, IKPAVC 티셔츠, 신발은 안전을 위해 발이 드러나지 않는 운동화나 신발을 신도록 합니다.

​

• 봉사 중 휴대폰을 사용하지 않으며, 봉사 중 무단이탈/무단결석/논쟁을 하지 않습니다.

​

• 봉사중 도움이 필요한 경우, 현장에 있는 리어전과 리더에게 도움을 요청합니다.

​

• 기타 주의사항은 봉사시 발송되는 메일을 참고해 주세요.

​

• 상기 사안을 위반시 경고 or 패널티가 부과되며, 패널티 부과시 해당 봉사에 대한 봉사신청이 3회 제한되며, 리더쉽과 어워드에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

​

​  ※ IKPAVC의 봉사정신을 훼손하고, IKPAVC 담당자를 사칭하고, IKPAVC 운영에 혼동을 주는 회원에 대해서는
       IKPAVC 가입 및 참여가 제한됩니다.
