IKPAVC K-Buddy

The IKPAVC K-Buddy program is a volunteer program to help K-8th Korean students in IUSD study and thrive.

 

♠ K-Buddy will use each member's skill (learning/homework helper, exercise, music, art, etc.) to assist the little           buddy.

♠ Volunteer method: The K-Buddy leader will give volunteers Little Buddy information, individual members can          directly contact Little Buddy, discuss the volunteer schedule/contents/method, etc., and volunteer. K buddy can      choose zoom or in person.

 ♠ Service 

• Volunteering once a week, but if the volunteer has personal reasons, they must volunteer at least once every 2 weeks.

• Volunteer hours  : 1~2 hour per service.( The maximum hours per month is 6 hours.)

 ♠ Little buddy 

• IKPAVC K-buddy leader will connect the volunteer with a Little Buddy. 

• Volunteer and Little Buddy cannot be family members.

♠ IKPAVC K-Buddy 프로그램은 IUSD내 한인가정의 K~8학년 학생들을 대상으로 IKPAVC 학생들이 각자의 Skill                         (학습/숙제도우미, 운동, 음악, 미술, 기타..)을 이용하여, 한인이민가정의 선배로서 동생들에게 다정한 형/언니/오빠/누나가             되고자 봉사하는 프로그램입니다.

 

♠ IKPAVC 봉사자는 Buddy로, 봉사를 받는 동생들은 Little Buddy로 불리게 되며, Buddy와 Little Buddy 매칭은 K-Buddy          리더가 합니다.

♠ Buddy 봉사는 매월 발송되는 K-Buddy 리더 메일을 참조하시고, Little Buddy는 "Little Buddy 신청하기"를 클릭하셔서            신청해 주세요. 매월 말 매칭결과를 이메일로 안내해드리겠습니다.

♠ 봉사방법: 줌 또는 대면 중 Buddy가 선택

♠ 봉사시간: 실제 봉사시간 + 1회 봉사당 준비시간 30분
